We come to you

What we do

Service that finds you, not the other way around.

Mobile, on-site work across the saw's full lifecycle — from anchoring and relocation to emergency repair, billed only after the job is verified done.

Anchor

Set, level, and anchor band saws to spec. Concrete prep, leveling, alignment, and power-up so the machine runs true and stays true.

Disassemble & Relocate

Tear-down, transport, and re-anchor across plants or sites. Documented for warranty, calibrated on the other end.

Mechanical, Hydraulic & Electrical Repair

Drive systems, blade tracking, hydraulics, controls, sensors. We diagnose on-site and get the saw cutting again.

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Scheduled inspections that catch wear before it becomes downtime. Tracked, reported, and tailored to your duty cycle.

Metal Fabrication Saw Service

Service tuned to fab-shop realities: long runs, mixed alloys, structural stock. Keep your throughput predictable.

Cutting Saw Service

All-around cutting saw maintenance and repair across brands, drives, and blade types.

Emergency / Urgent Response

Saw down? We come early, stay late. Fast on-site response across Greater Houston and surrounding states.

Three generations on the saws

Family-owned. Saw-floor raised.

The "3G" stands for three generations — going back to DoAll Dave, Kaylen's father · 2nd generation. Saw Service 3G carries that 25-year body of work forward.

Owner · 3rd Generation

Kaylen

Grew up around band saws — his father, known across the Greater Houston metals industry as 'DoAll Dave,' serviced most of the saws our customers still run today. Kaylen joined the family business in 2019 and took it over in 2024. Saw Service 3G carries that work forward into the third generation.

Service Lead

Mason

Texas A&M graduate in Technology Management. Joined Kaylen after graduation and has been on the trucks ever since. Most memorable repair: replacing the head linear bearings and rails on a CTB400. Best friends with Kaylen for 25 years — a 2-man band that runs like a tight crew.

The legacy

People in the Greater Houston metals industry know DoAll Dave — Kaylen’s father — because he’s serviced most of the saws our customers still run today. Saw Service 3G is the third generation keeping that work going, one shop floor at a time.
